  having been with simple solutions (chemicals) for 19 years using the same chemical ripoff with great success but this is when stephanie and pete (now deceased). little did i know that stephanie sold out to anglian chemicals still keeping the name simple solutions (chemicals) and that said new company has sent me ripoff which isnt the chemical i have been using for 19 years. on top of this if i want my original blend i have to buy 200 litres at a cost of £1400 inclusive of vat anglian chemicals you took over the company surely you have the blend i have used for 19 years and as i only order between 60 and 80 litres a time why would you expect me to pay for 200 litres have asked eloise to arrange a pick up of the product that was sent to me and to refund monies that i have paid but computer says no the product sent to me is not fit for purpose, eloise has become rude and i am at my wits end would somebody please contact me as to what i can do fiona george oven angels
